Analysis Approach

Key Insights
The analysis identified Technology as the leading product category, while Phones and Accessories emerged as strong contributors to profitability. At the sub-category level, Tables and Bookcases showed comparatively weaker performance. Regional analysis also highlighted the West as the strongest-performing region and the Central region as an area requiring closer performance evaluation.
Business Impact
The dashboard provides stakeholders with a consolidated view of sales and profitability performance, making it easier to identify revenue drivers, monitor weaker areas, and compare performance across regions and product categories.
